The Parc Landewyck Quarter: the new centre for an urban lifestyle in Luxembourg. The Parc Landewyck quarter is still commercialized today. The 120-year-old park in particular is a highlight in terms of urban architecture. With the relocation of the tobacco factory to Fridhaff, interesting commercial and storage areas are now available on the site. The space can be used by companies as a company location for the next few years.

Project scope and planned land use

PROJECT

Landimmo Real Estate Luxembourg, who specialises in high-quality urban development and real estate management, is planning a comprehensive redesign of the social use of the Parc Landewyck quarter. What was once an exclusively industrial area is now to be turned into a modern “mixed-use urban area” and the attractive, interesting district made accessible to people.

The total development area covers 125.000 sqm GBA. More than half of this is earmarked for residential constructions. In addition to an area of more than 50.000 sqm for modern office and workspaces (including in the Landewyck Building), up to 10.000 sqm will be available for retail and catering.
